How do I hold or order a machine?
It's simple! We just get a deposit and you're name is on that machine.
Do you offer shipping?
We have the ability to assist shipping companies, but the customer is responsible for working with the shipping company.
When should I expect my registration documents?
You should receive a white envelope within 2 weeks.
What if I haven't received my registration documents yet?
If you haven't received them within the 2 weeks, you need to contact us within 3 months!
What happens if I don't call within 3 months of not getting my registration documents?
If you haven't reached out to us within that timeframe, you will be responsible for going to the DMV to get a copy of said documents needed for registration.
If I purchase custom plate(s), how long until I get them?
You should be receiving your plate(s) within 3 weeks and they will arrive in a brown padded envelope!
If I purchase a motorcycle, how long until I get my registration?
It's actually the same process as custom plates! Within 3 weeks you should see a brown padded envelope containing registration documents.
If I purchase a trailer, how long until I get my registration?
Your registration documents should arrive in a white envelope within 2 weeks.
I live out of state. How do I get my MSO/Title?
Your Manufacturer Statement of Origin document will be mailed via certified mail and you will have to sign for it to ensure you have gotten it!

You're transfer information will come in a white envelope. If you don't receive this within one month, please call us!
What if I misplace my MSO document?
Contact us and we can get another for you. However, you will be charged a $50 fee for replacement of said document.
How long do I have to return apparel?
Apparel must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must also include original stickers and tags.
What am I NOT able to return?
Helmets will not be returned due to safety reasons, along with any electrical parts as well.
Can I return apparel that was on clearance?
All clearance items are final sale, no returns are allowed.
In what instance can we not finance on a machine?
We can only go back 15 years from the current year in order to get financing on a machine.
